One of the Ireland’s leading healthcare sales, marketing and distribution companies is seeking a Territory Manager to join their OTC & Nutrition sales team for the Munster region. This is an exciting time to join this well known and established business as it embarks on a new period of exciting growth.

The Territory Manager will call on a varied customer base across the assigned region including pharmacies, health food stores and other relevant sales channels.


They will manage their territory and customer base ensuring delivery of strong sales growth in each account (year on year and to budget) and enhancement of the companies reputation and its represented brands in accordance with the company’s plans and direction.


As a result, the individual will have responsibility for sales, listings, distribution, in-store merchandising, planogram implementation and compliance, standard primary and incremental secondary space, permanent availability of defined must stock SKU’s, implementation of promotions, training, competitor/market analysis and other activities.


They will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities, by opening new customers and expanding current ones. As such an active new business development pipeline is required to be developed, implemented and maintained.

All of this will be measured and evaluated against clearly defined role KPI’s.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years + proven territory sales experience within healthcare or beauty distribution, skincare / dermo-cosmetics or FMCG.

  • Proven ability to manage customer accounts, develop strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of new business development prospecting and conversion.

  • Proven track record of working on consumer facing brands, adding tangible sales value and executing best in class sales strategy and planning.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • ·Up to date knowledge of best in class selling tools, processes, CRM systems and technologies.

  • Numerate, analytical and 100% commercially focused.

  • Outstanding negotiation and sales budget management skills.

  • Positive, open, can do attitude and demeanour.

  • As this is a Territory Manager role, travel in the territory is required.

  • Full clean Irish driving licence.
