The purpose of the role is to organise all materials pertaining to operational effectiveness for the group by both system and relationship management. For this position, Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU. Full time permanent position.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Source Spares for AOG/CFD Requirements for all Fleets

  • Arrange transportation of spares for AOG and CFD requirements

  • Chase outstanding orders with suppliers to meet required deadlines

  • Build working relationships with existing and new suppliers

  • Ensure cost effectiveness in all areas of the logistics support functions

  • Keep data up to date within the stock control system

  • Comply with the requirements of the relevant Engineering procedure

  • Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • MS Office proficient

  • Diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in English

Experience:

  • Experience of materials management in a related setting is an advantage

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Decision making within specified guidelines
