HR Business Partner | 12 Month FTC
Prism Executive have partnered with a global postal and logistics organisation to appoint a HR
Business Partner on a 12 month FTC.
Support Senior HRBP managers to develop the people plan and play a key role in conducting local
ER / IR processes and ensuring consistent high quality HRBP support is provided across the business.
Responsibilities
Establish trusted, credible relationships with middle management and support the business on
talent and organisational needs
Support senior HRBP managers to develop the people plan and provide advisory support on local ER issues to wider HRBPs and business teams / line managers e.g. support drafting written
warnings
Provide updates to ER Centre of Excellence on disciplinary cases and conduct local IR / ER
processes e.g. disciplinary investigations
Conduct disciplinary investigations, record local disciplinary sanctions in HRMS and prepare
disciplinary paperwork
Support implementation of general HR initiatives (e.g. regulatory changes, digital innovation, new talent practices, other) and oversee policy and process changes and implementation in the
business
Own and drive key talent development activities within the regions / business area
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent high quality HR services are delivered across the business.
Rollout/train and communicate policy changes to local managers
Support the talent team with talent acquisition by conducting interviews and joining panels for
region-based roles
Support data and reporting analysis, working collaboratively with HR Ops to develop workforce
insights and understand trends across relevant function / business area
Act as a champion for HR Operations and act as a point of escalation for employee queries
(Tier 3) where required

Qualifications
The successful candidate should have a degree in Human Resource Management.
Full or partial CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in specialist field would be a distinct
advantage.
You will have experience partnering with the business, resolving grievances and/or employee
relations disputes.
Proven experience in HR service delivery with an ability to present data and recommendations in a meaningful way is essential.
