Due to rapid growth and transformation within the organisation, a global professional services firm have retained Prism Executive to appoint their Chief People Officer (*CPO). As CPO you will be responsible for creating the vision and the unique people strategy that will allow the firm to continue on its journey to be one of the leading professional services firm on the island of Ireland.
The role reports to the Managing Partner with dotted line to the Service Line heads. You will be responsible for establishing the firmwide People Strategy but will also marry each Service Line strategic people requirements to create a leading and influential approach to people within the Professional Services industry.
As part of the Senior Management Team, you will take a guiding role in driving all operational activities in the firm that result in a unique People Experience (PX). You will be required to not only design and evolve a strategy but also to ensure that it is successfully delivered through People & Culture (*P&C) Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, L&D & Analytics teams.
As the CPO you will be expected to define the people strategy and ensure it is delivered through three distinct People & Culture operational services.

The Person:
We are looking for someone who lives by their values in their career and can also embrace the culture of empowerment within the firm. Through strategic leadership, empowers their Managing Partner, Heads of Service Lines and the P&C team to deliver an exceptional people experience.
The Experience:
You will have a proven track of record of leading a large team of P&C professionals that have delivered transformational change
A history of designing and delivering strategic people plans that has resulted in financial growth for the organisation
Experience in working within a professional service environment would be advantageous but not critical.
Lived examples of bringing all people elements of an organisation from rapid agile high growth to mature and highly efficient operation
An instinct for creative, challenging and inspiring ideas that result in meaningful change for an organisation
