Prism Executive have been retained by a global FMCG client to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Exceptional engagement and influencing skills when dealing with the existing long-standing employees, shareholders, and internal stakeholders in the business – maintaining culture and pace of existing growth. The CEO will need to have the ability and confidence to leverage their judgement and leadership skills to ensure that the organization executes strategies and plans in a timely and thorough manner.


The appointee will focus on the transformation of the supply chain and scaling the digitization of the company. They will drive the execution of a strategy of extensive and sustainable growth through digital transformation and will bring the business to the next level of maturity and profitability.

The CEO will oversee all operational functions which would include product / project delivery, finance, human resources, IT, legal, health and safety, customer services and digital transformation. Play a key part in expansion of the business whilst maintaining company culture and vision.


CEO Duties:

  • Measuring and reporting on operational performance and develop plans to improve processes, data, quality, and systems.

  • Demonstrate understanding of market trends applying this to create improvement opportunities across the digital transformation agenda.

  • Actively participates in cross-functional/country teams, both internally and externally, and consistently shares knowledge.

  • Actively engages in improvement opportunities, learns from achievements and setbacks in order to constantly improve.

  • Measuring the efficiency of the organization’s operational processes and assessing their commercial effectiveness

  • Developing strategies for the transformational growth of the organization and making sure they are implemented.

  • Liaising between the employees and customers, to ensure that projects are carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.

  • Through mentoring, coaching and development, build on the capability of the People leaders to support them in delivering a fair and consistent employee experience.

  • Work closely with Human Resources to ensure cost efficient employee planning through effective Talent Acquisition and Retention strategies.

  • Developing and controlling all operational budgets to ensure that the company has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters and to maintain the financial strength of the company.

  • Empowering the senior management team with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete digitalization and growth initiatives.

  • Coordinating with human resources (HR) to ensure the success of recruitment and retention policies and processes.

  • Regularly reviewing operations to ensure that these meets required standards and recommend changes where necessary.

  • Partnering with other C-level executives to accomplish short and long-term operational transformation goals.

  • Overseeing the operations of the organization and making any necessary changes to meet business goals and projections across the digital transformation agenda.


  • Proven experience as Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director

  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

  • Exceptional negotiation and engagement skills

  • Ability to influence and garner credibility amongst peers and shareholders.

  • Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
